- To request for a Refund or Exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of the Item(s). Please state your reasons and attach picture of the Item if necessary.
- Please wait for the KRU2u team to reply your email before returning the Item(s) to us. Please do NOT return the Item(s) unless you have received an email from KRU2u team. Item(s) returned without receiving an email from KRU2u team shall NOT be entertained.
- Return the Item(s) to us in its original condition and packaging within7 days of the email confirming the return of the Item(s).
- Your request will be reviewed within 14 working days of receipt of the Item(s). Please note that KRU2u shall not be responsible for Item(s) that are NOT received by KRU2u. It is your responsibility to ensure the Item(s) reach us.
- The cost of shipping to return the Item(s) is your responsibility and shall be borne by you. For the avoidance of doubt, the cost of shipping is not refundable.
- Reasons such as “It doesn’t look the same as on the website”,“I have changed my mind”, “I don’t like it”, “It doesn’t suit me”, “I don’t like the colour”,“I received the same item from a friend”, “It doesn’t fit me well”, “It doesn’t look nice”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange. Please note that the reasons stated are just examples and the list is not exhaustive.
- All returned Item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
- Sale and discounted Item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Bundled / Packaged Item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Item(s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging.
- Only purchases made at KRU2u website is eligible for refund or exchange.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 14 working days to notify you that we have received your returned item, whereby you will be notified whether your refund / exchange has been approved or rejected.
If your application is approved, then your refund / exchange will be processed, and we will notify you once ready.
